Acids, which are liquids and gases, pass through Reverse Osmosis Membranes ending up in the product water you drink. Ionizers remove acids by disrupting the water with electrolysis which also removes the beneficial silicic acid. PristineHydro removes harmful acids while allowing silicic acid to pass through. Do you have a list of all the chemicals that your Water Revival System™ filters out?
Yes! Take a look at our latest comprehensive report: the Certificate of Analysis (linked above) shows all specific chemicals and minerals filtered out by our Water Revival Systems™. We also completed a special report focused on the identification of 18 plastic compounds (PFAS contamination).
What are the minerals included in this 'properly mineralized' process you speak of?
Our unique filtration process includes stages that help increase the benefits of this ultra-filtered water, including remineralization with low controlled TDS comprised of magnesium bicarbonate with traces of calcium and sodium bicarbonate, as well as silica and chloride. The water is naturally restructured and recharged through Coconut Carbon filtration, lodestones, and crystal quartz.
Does your Water Revival System™ have high water waste when using reverse osmosis?
PristineHydro® utilizes a High-Efficiency Reverse Osmosis Membrane with a waste-to-recovery rate of 1 to 1 — a very high-efficiency rate. The ratio for Water Ionizers is about 1 to 3; it's hard to imagine using such acidic wastewater, which should not even come into contact with human skin.
Is the water from this PristineHydro® Water Revival System™ safe for pets to drink?
Yes absolutely! Dogs, cats, and birds can enjoy every drop of Pristine water. However, we do not recommend this for reptiles or fish tanks as they need certain minerals beneficial to their species that are not present in our remineralized water.
A part arrived broken; how do I get it replaced?
If a piece of the system came broken or required a replacement, contact us during store hours via email (preferred) or by phone. Provide your name, order number, shipping address, and a description and picture of the broken part.
After I purchase, what if I have technical issues with my Water Revival System™?

What is the note on page two of the Certificate of Analysis re: Surrogates referring to?
These are chemicals that the testing company puts into the sampling bottles that preserve water. They act as a surrogate to carry any potential plastics that may be hiding within the water.
The Unwise Water Options…
Tap Water:
Not recommended for drinking. Acidic and chemically treated. Lifeless water that contains many contaminants.
Bottled Water:
Quality is unregulated. Recent studies found over 24,500 chemicals in plastic water bottles. Plastic bottles are very harmful to the environment.
Water Ionizers:
Remove acids including beneficial silicic acid to produce “acid free” tap water.
Reverse Osmosis:
Removes most contaminants, except acids (which are liquids and gases) including acid rain, industrial waste, and chemical by-products.
Carbon Block Filters:
Insufficient as a stand-alone filter. Produces acidic water that is loaded with contaminants.
