Understand Why PristineHydro® Electrolyte Balance® Was Created
Magnesium & Calcium Bicarbonate are complex hydrated electrolyte salts that exist only in water under specific conditions. Powders and tablets are not in bicarbonate form, thus not bio-available.
Silicic Acid is the fully hydrated and oxygenated tetrahedron form of Silica that occurs naturally in water.
Silicic Acid is a dietary requirement for all mammals that drink fresh water. It also weighs in as the third most abundant mineral in the human body, making up 1 gram. Silicic Acid promotes collagen production, improves joints, bone, hair, and nails, protects skin from the adverse effects of aging, preserves dental health, and stimulates digestion.
Studies have shown regular consumption of water containing Silicic Acid can reduce aluminum uptake from the digestive tract, slowing the accumulation of this harmful metal in brain tissue.
According to Mt. Sinai, 90% of Americans have a Magnesium deficiency. Being Magnesium deficient is synonymous with diabetes and many cardiovascular problems. Magnesium Bicarbonate is known to reduce insomnia, headaches, and inflammation. It also aids with memory, focus, and relaxation.
The body does not store excess Magnesium Bicarbonate, and thus, must be replenished daily. Electrolyte Balance® effectively replenishes Magnesium reserves while delivering the added benefits of Silicic Acid.
How to Integrate Electrolyte Balance® into Your Daily Routine
DIRECTIONS:
To make 16oz (16 servings) of Electrolyte Balance® Gold liquid concentrate, pour contents of one stick pack and one 16oz can of preferably cold PristineHydro® carbonated water into your mixing bottle. Using ice-cold carbonated water enhances the efficiency of magnesium bicarbonate formation and the stability of the final concentrate, but it is not required. Cap and shake thoroughly until solution is fully dissolved; leave bottle sealed for approximately two minutes, then open lid slowly to allow the pressure to dissipate - resulting concentrate is non-carbonated. Refrigerate if possible or keep cool, out of direct sunlight to slow natural decomposition. Shake your Electrolyte Balance® Gold liquid concentrate well before and between each daily use.
SUGGESTED USAGE:
For adults, the recommended daily intake is 1 ounce (30 ml) of EB Gold liquid concentrate mixed with non-carbonated, high-quality, water (preferably PristineHydro® water) at bedtime or in the morning.*For Maximum Absorption, combine your 1 ounce of Electrolyte Balance® Gold liquid concentrate with 20 ounces or more of PristineHydro® water and ice in a sports bottle, and drink it as your primary hydration source throughout the day. The smaller amounts of magnesium bicarbonate and silicic acid won't overwhelm the body’s natural absorption capacity; each sip delivers a low dose of Electrolyte Balance® Gold’s essential nutrients, supporting optimal absorption. Incorporate Electrolyte Balance® Gold into your daily hydration routine for consistent benefits. Use it post-workout to replenish electrolytes quickly due to its high potency.
For children, consult your child’s pediatrician.
FOR BEST RESULTS:
For maximum benefits, including aluminum detoxification, enhanced cellular communication, and optimal magnesium uptake for glutathione and ATP production, use EB Gold regularly. The effects can be cumulative, leading to better health outcomes over time.
With Electrolyte Balance® Gold, PristineHydro® invites you to not just hydrate but to optimize your body’s function at a cellular level, offering a product that’s not only about replenishing but about enhancing life itself.
SHAKE WELL REGULARLY & BEFORE EVERY USE
FAQs about Electrolyte Balance® GOLD
How does Electrolyte Balance® Gold compare to the Electrolyte Balance® Liquid?
In comparison to EB liquid, the key difference is the total concentration of magnesium bicarbonate present in the final product. Both deliver the maximum recommended levels of magnesium, however the taste of EB Gold may be stronger as the bicarbonate is made fresh by you when mixing.
How does Electrolyte Balance® Gold compare to the Electrolyte Balance® Powder?
EB Gold comes in pre-measured stick-packs allowing for more precision in mixing, yet with convenience. The key difference though is that EB Gold comes with carbonated PristineHydro®water that you use to make genuine, healthy Electrolyte Balance® liquid concentrate at home...the Gold Standard for magnesium bicarbonate supplementation.

Yes you can! EB Gold powder stick packs are now available for individual purchase.
Can I buy the carbonated PristineHydro® water cans separately?
Carbonated PristineHydro® water is currently only available in our Laguna Woods, CA store and soon at select retailers in the near future.
What type of liner is used in the aluminum cans and are they safe?
Epoxy liners are a type of liner used in aluminum cans to protect beverages (including carbonated), from coming into direct contact with the metal. A thin layer of food-grade non-toxic epoxy resin is applied, lining the interior surface of the can, creating a non-leaching barrier between the contents and the aluminum. These epoxy liners do not contain BPAs and have been used for many years in the beverage packaging industry due to their excellent product protection, durability, and resistance to corrosion and these cans are curbside recyclable.
Note: Aluminum cans unlike ours, with BPA-containing liners, require a health warning under Proposition 65
